Golden Horseshoe Estate

Haleh’s Mediterranean classic home is her design laboratory where she continues to evolve her esthetic and collaborates with and represents renowned manufacturers who appreciate the estate’s scale as the ideal showcase for their luxurious designs. Here she invites clients to experience and visualize firsthand the scale, proportion, craftsmanship, materials, and detail that define her approach.

Murals surrounding the grand foyer’s 32 foot-high dome depict allegories of the four elements: earth, wind, fire, and water. The curve of the sweeping stairway combines a solid mahogany handrail and hand wrought iron balusters accented with 18K gold leaf. Column capitals and cornices are edged in 18K gold leaf; inset wall panels are silk. A Lalique Cactus table accented with a Lalique Angelique vase anchors the space. The floor is rare Italian Porto gold marble highlighted with honey onyx. The grand salon emphasizes architectural detailing while embracing an intimate arrangement of furniture to maintain proper conversational proportion and scale. The rich textiles add layered texture and luxury while embodying comfort and beauty.

MASTER BATH

Haleh accentuated the embrace of this curvilinear formal bath by carving a space within a space, creating a dramatic focal point with the dome. Layered fabrics, from the sheers to the swags, and the drapes positioned behind the gold leaf festooned cornice accentuate the formality of the room. Cappuccino Marble and Azul Macuba accents add texture and richness throughout. The chandelier is Murano.
